How to Delete Your Account

  1. 1 Open Chef on the Block
  2. 2 Go to ProfileSettings
  3. 3 Tap Delete Account
  4. 4 Confirm the deletion

What happens when you delete your account?

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Please make sure you want to proceed before confirming the deletion in the app.

Data We May Retain

Certain records may be retained after account deletion as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

Retained data is stored securely and is not used for marketing or shared with third parties beyond what is legally required.

Outstanding Orders or Balances

If you have any pending orders or outstanding payout balances, please resolve them before deleting your account. Active orders must be completed or cancelled, and any available earnings should be withdrawn first.

Can't Access Your Account?

If you're unable to log in or access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing support@chefontheblock.app from the email or phone number associated with your account. Please include:
